My Order Keeps Getting Rejected?

You need to make certain that your credit card billing address is correct. If you are sure your order should be going through, run through this short list.
  1. If you're still having problems, then I need you to check that billing information one more time. Correct spelling and capitalization matter!
  2. Sometimes your banking information hasn't caught up yet if you've moved recently, so you might want to try using your previous address.
  3. You may just want to use a different card.
  4. We are an American-based company and have a Toll Free number for American residents. This number is 1-888-687-4478. You can call for help between the Central Time Zone based hours of 9am and 6pm.

I Want To Place My Order, But The Shopping Cart Won't Accept My Purchase Choices And Stays Empty.

Ordering things online is pretty easy. Wherever you shop on the Internet, you're going to need something called "cookies" implemented within the browsing perimeters of your browser. If you are unable to see the t-shirts you want to buy appear in the cart, then your security settings are far too high for Internet shopping. You will have to fix this. Fix the problem by going to the "tools" tab in your browser, clicking on "options", and then navigating to the "privacy" tab to enable cookies (instructions). Or, you can always call your order in at 1-888-687-4478 6am to 9pm CST.

Return Policy

All of the shirts you buy are made the day after you order them to your exact specifications. That means that on orders above a certain price range will incur a restocking fee if they are returned, and the return is not due to anything our company did wrong. We are not responsible for refunding shipment costs.

We can easily put our excellent t-shirt designs on the back of any of the tees you purchase, so feel free to leave a message for us in the comment section of your order form that back-printed shirts are what you want, and we will do that for you at no charge.

How long does it take for you to actually put my package in the mail?

We want you, as our customer, to be happy so that you'll want to always come to us for all of your awesome t-shirt needs. This is why we strive to have the fastest shipping speed our means can provide. We will be sending your shirts within just one business day of getting your order. We are here, busy as bees from the hours of 7 o'clock in the morning to 3 o'clock in the afternoon Central Standard Time. We do not work on federally sanctioned holidays, nor on Saturdays and Sundays. When payments for orders are fulfilled on one of the days we don't work, then your order is pushed down to the next day we're open. If you pay for your shirts on a Sunday, we'll get your order on Monday and jog it forward through our production facility and then to the post office. Almost all of the product we sell is in stock and waiting for you to order it so that we can send it to you right away, but on rare occasions we may be out of stock on the shirts you want. If we are out of stock on an item, it will be back ordered and will ship as soon as we have replaced our inventory. This usually only takes a couple of days, so your order will still arrive very quickly...just not AS quickly.

We have our shipping speeds down to a fine artform, and we would love to show you just how fast it really can be. If you need your order delivered to you in the matter of just a few days, or even the very next day, we have expedited and express shipping open for you to choose as well.

We have 3 Shipping Options for customers ordering in the United States in order to provide the perfect shipment speed for your needs.

  1. Standard shipping will take 3 to 8 business days to arrive.
  2. For those in a rush, the Expedited option can be expected to arrive at your door in an even speedier 2-3 work days.
  3. Express shipping will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
SPECIAL NOTATION, PLEASE READ! Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped with Priority Mail and take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Please take into consideration that shipping issues may arise with the Post Office once the order is out of our hands, so these shipping times are just very close estimates. Include an e-mail with your order information, and we will send you the postal tracking numbers. This service is not available to those living outside of the U.S.A., Hawaii, and Alaska.

The countries of Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, N. Ireland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada, and Norway can all order from us and use our International Shipments option. When you are ordering from outside of the U.S., your orders can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for delivery...this is never truer than during the Christmas rush, so please take this into account when ordering. Please do not contact us in one week, asking where your order is. Once your package starts its journey across the water to you, we no longer have the ability to track that order for you at this time.

We have a legal responsibility to provide a complete inventory of your package's contents, and the cost value of each items. We are sorry, but even marking your delivery as a "gift" will still require this information. We will not take responsibility for any additional charges tacked on by Customs, so please take note of this responsibility when ordering. If you are ordering Internationally, please call your local CUSTOMS Agent to answer all of your pertinent questions on the topic.

If you are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces, then please allow me one moment to thank you sincerely for your service to this country. We are proud to ship our shirts to any APO/FPO Military Destination. We cannot use any other shipping options besides our Standard Shipping, as Military Addresses cannot be shipped to with the Expedited or Express Mail Service. The shipping estimates above do not represent the shipping time it takes for the APO/FPO orders to reach their destinations, but we assure you that we ship them out the door at the same speed as all of our other orders.

It will take THREE to FIVE work days for your shirts to get to you if you are having them sent to your PO BOX, because all PO BOX deliveries will be sent with United States Standard Mail.

If you want awesome shirts made from preshrunk, 100% cotton...then you came to the right place. Our competitors are not quite as concerned about the shirts they sell after they ships, but we want you to enjoy your purchase for a long, long time.

I would really love to get some shirts, but I don't feel comfortable giving out my credit card information on the Internet. Are there other payment options like money orders?

We really do accept mailed payments for your shirt order with no problem whatsoever. Just follow these three simple instructions, and you'll have your shirts in no time.
  1. The first order of business is deciding what to buy. Pick out what shirts you want to buy, what color you want them to be, and what size. E-mail us by CLICKING THIS with that information and indicating your desire to send in a Money Order via mail for your purchase.
  2. When we get your email, we will respond quickly with your total owed for that purchase. That includes the shipping and handling fees. This will be your invoice that includes the address to ship your payment to.
  3. Go ahead and print out the invoice email you were sent and send your money order and the invoice to the address we provided in a USPS-approved envelope. We'll process your order and ship it right out when we get your payment!
